This will be......

I had the joy of taking some pictures for this beautiful couple during their wedding rehearsal! This was my first time to shoot a rehearsal and I loved every minute of it! I had so much fun capturing these moments so they can remember them forever. I attended their wedding the next night and it was perfect! The ceremony was centered around the Love that Christ has for each of us and it was so special. I was glad that I could enjoy the ceremony, but kept thinking about the pictures I would be taking if I were the photographer. Lauren and Tyler are perfect for each other and I am so excited for them!

So sweet

I have the best roommate ever! Yesterday she decides that she is going to figure out how to make a watermark with my photoshop program, Lightroom. She probably got tired of hearing me talk about how I wish I knew how to do it so she did it! So yay here is my watermark debut.
But more importantly, how precious is this picture?! As you will see it is from the same shoot I posted about from last week. I don't know how I forgot to post this one last night, but I'm glad I did because it deserves its own post.

Home on the range

Last week confirmed how much I love my job! I had a shoot at a beautiful barn with horses, hay bails and everything you can imagine. I got there a few minutes early and enjoyed getting some fun shots of the property. I felt like a kid in a candy store as I played with my new lens and worked with different settings. The family arrived soon after and I had so much fun trying to capture the moments of this entire family being together for the first time in a long time! Once again I have the most BEAUTIFUL clients!

Live your dream

I met Brooke my freshman year through a small group we were involved in. After we realized we were both studying to be elementary school teachers I sent her a facebook message and told her I thought we could be great friends-hilarious i know, but I was right. I could have never imagined the friendship we would form and I am so thankful for her. Fastforward 4 years and I am sitting on a couch with other close friends waiting for Brooke and Bowers to arrive and tell us, we think, some pretty exciting news. Bowers had asked Brooke to spend the rest of her life with him and we were all waiting to celebrate. Here are some pictures from the special night.
